When you're black out drunk after 20 beers and someone says the word "casino":

The joke is that hearing “casino” instantly revives an extremely drunk person’s gambling obsession, turning a simple word into a supernatural trigger. It is used as an exaggerated reaction to someone mentioning gambling while intoxicated.
