What it means

A VEGAS Pro video-editing timeline is shown, then the program suddenly crashes and displays the familiar “VEGAS Pro has stopped working” error dialog. The joke treats an ordinary software crash like a horror jumpscare, with the abrupt crash and video-game-like music making the unexpected failure feel dramatic and startling.
