APARTMENT "COMPLEX" ... REALLY? I FIND IT QUITE S OH UHHHHH ACTUALLY UHHHHH

What it means

An Escher-like impossible apartment building is covered in staircases, balconies, arches, and people moving in different directions. The joke treats the confusing architectural illusion as an “apartment complex,” then immediately struggles to explain the pun and the impossible layout. It is used as a reaction to something overly complicated or confusing.
