I MADE YOU A COOKIE BUT I FREAKED IT

What it means

A blue cartoon character presents a cookie to a brown character, who is surrounded by flying money and appears to be spending wildly. The joke is a visual twist on the phrase “I made you a cookie,” turning it into “I freaked it” to depict chaotic, excessive behavior as a reaction image.
