EU Aid for America

Text on the meme

EU AID EU AID AMERICA

What it means

A volunteer wearing a bright EU AID vest distributes trays of eggs to a crowd of elderly Americans, while small American flags decorate the table. The joke reverses the usual expectation of American aid, portraying the European Union as helping struggling people in the United States. It is used as a satirical reaction to political or economic dependence and foreign aid debates.
