Deftones Cat Approaches
deftones around the fu
A black-and-white cat lies on a patterned floor while being gently touched, then gets up and walks toward the camera until its intense face fills the frame. The dramatic close-up is edited like a Deftones album cover, with the visible “deftones around the fu” text and Deftones’ song “My Own Summer (Shove It)” creating an exaggerated, heavy, brooding punchline for a cat that suddenly looks intimidating. The alternative-metal music and tense mood make the ordinary cat approach feel like an epic rock entrance.
