Amazon Hybrid Work Policy Calendar

Text on the meme

amazon's hybrid work policy, explained: WFH In-office WFH WFH

What it means

A weekly calendar shows working from home only at the edges of the day, while the entire middle of the workday is spent in the office. The joke mocks Amazon's hybrid-work policy as effectively requiring employees to commute and stay in the office all day.
