Bro forgot to read the papers

What it means

A fluffy cat is first shown being held against a red stamp, then presented with medical consent papers before being taken into an operating room. The clip cuts to the cat looking horrified, lounging dramatically, and finally sitting proudly as if nothing happened; the joke is that it apparently agreed to surgery without reading the paperwork. Choi Yu Ree’s “Wish” plays as soft, emotional music, making the cat’s exaggerated reactions feel melodramatic and absurd.
