What it means

A strategy game diplomacy screen for Westfalen is overlaid with a stern, bespectacled cartoon face and a large red arrow pointing at it. The joke treats the nation’s political status and weak statistics as something being intensely judged, making it useful as a reaction to an embarrassing or overly serious situation.
