Saint Relics Plague Timeline
>October 1st, Russians lose saint’s bones >Four days later: plague outbreak Explain this, Protestants Russians allegedly lost the relics of the Saint sent by Putin to the front for victory while fleeing the Ukrainian army Published time: 01.10.2026 15:21 The U.S. State Department is monitoring a reportedly fatal case of "pneumonia of an unknown etiology" linked to a plague research laboratory in Russia.
A collage-style social media meme shows a post joking that Russians lost a saint’s relics on October 1st, followed four days later by a reported plague outbreak in Russia. The punchline falsely connects the religious relics to the disease report and sarcastically asks Protestants to explain the coincidence, while also referencing the war in Ukraine and conspiracy-style news headlines.
