Paris Graffiti Rat Drawing

Text on the meme

please look at this graffiti my sister saw in paris

What it means

A crude black drawing of a round, rat-like creature with a long snout, whiskers, ears, tail, and a thermometer-like shape on its body appears on a brown wall. The joke is the absurdly amateurish “graffiti” being presented as something worth admiring from Paris, making it a reaction to unexpectedly bad or bizarre art.
