I Don't Know La La La

Text on the meme

now wait the magic melo just "la la la la la" KIE jissai ni sore o I DON'T KNOW la la la la la

What it means

A stern-looking man in a dark decorated military-style uniform stands motionless against a brick wall while the on-screen lyrics appear progressively. The joke is the contrast between his serious expression and the nonsensical, catchy “la la la” refrain, ending with “I DON’T KNOW”; it works as an absurd reaction to confusion or being unable to explain something. The audio uses “AroundThaWRLD (LaLaLa)” by AMU Henry Smalls, Hatsune Miku & DJ RdottyBoom feat. Neru, with a bouncy electronic vocal-song feel that makes the deadpan image even more comical.
