Average musket war in the 1700

What it means

A chaotic first-person shooter match shows teams of armed players battling through a colorful European-style town, with rifles and bodies scattered across the streets. The caption jokes that the frantic team firefight looks like an average musket battle from the 1700s; the contrast between modern game combat and historical warfare makes it absurd. The clip is set to The Coal Creek Boys’ folk/bluegrass song “My Father’s Son,” whose upbeat old-fashioned sound heightens the mock-historical joke.
