What it means

A collage compares several nearly identical gray kittens labeled with Persian names to exaggerated cartoon faces labeled with names from the rest of the world. The joke is that Persian names such as Parsiya, Parsa, and Parisa sound very similar, while the supposedly non-Persian names are represented by increasingly bizarre-looking characters. It works as a reaction to repetitive names or a playful stereotype about naming conventions.
