Joining the War on Autism

I'M JOINING THE WAR ON AUTISM ON THE SIDE OF THE AUTISM

What it means

Three anime-style schoolgirls armed with pistols ride in a green armored vehicle while a blue-haired girl peers out from behind them. The joke parodies war propaganda by declaring allegiance to autism, using exaggerated military imagery and chaotic anime action as an absurd reaction to intense or unconventional behavior.
