Silence, Ukrainians, the Worm Speaks

Text on the meme

SILENCE, Ukrainians The worm is talking

What it means

A blue-faced, hooded figure in ornate white clothing raises one hand while seated in a dark setting. The joke commands Ukrainians to be silent because “the worm” is speaking, using absurd authority and mock-serious wording as a reaction to someone interrupting or talking too much.
