Vinyl Ethiopian Jazz Panopticon
all vinyl ethiopian jazz set at the panopticon would go crazy
A black-and-white drawing shows a lone DJ performing a vinyl Ethiopian jazz set inside the central tower of a vast circular panopticon prison. The joke imagines an unusually intense, immersive concert where every inmate is forced to hear the music, making the panopticon’s surveillance architecture absurdly ideal for the set.
