Text on the meme

I HAVE AUTISM I'M GLAD YOU NOTICED!

What it means

A black-and-white manga girl points toward the viewer while saying, “I HAVE AUTISM,” and responds to being noticed with, “I'M GLAD YOU NOTICED!” The joke is an absurdly blunt, self-aware reaction to someone recognizing or commenting on autistic traits.
