Building a COMPASS that points us to the nearest LIQUOR STORE
A person is assembling an electronic device on a workbench, presented as a compass designed to point toward the nearest liquor store. The joke is that engineering effort is being devoted to locating alcohol, making drinking seem like an overly elaborate technical mission.
