Pretending to pet macaroni

What it means

A fluffy orange-and-white cat lounges on a dark ottoman while a hand pets it, and the cat gradually turns away and closes its eyes. The joke treats the cat as if it were macaroni, making the clip a silly reaction to pretending something ordinary is actually a pet.
