Windows 98 Developers Panic

What it means

A Windows 98 Mouse Properties dialog shows the “Disable mouse clicking” option being checked and marked, while a wide-eyed cat stares below before the clip cuts to a blurry screaming cat in a yellow glove. The joke portrays Windows 98 developers as disastrously overreacting to a simple mouse setting; the escalating visual panic is amplified by the energetic dance music “Rock That Body” by Black Eyed Peas, creating an absurd reaction-video punchline.
