New Telegram Features!

What it means

A fake Telegram story announces “New Telegram Features!” while showing a video-call screen with Doge, Pepe the Frog, and a duck as participants. The joke imagines absurdly entertaining video-call avatars and is used as a reaction to a silly or unexpected app update.
