Autistic white guy who grew up online but didn’t troon out AWARD

What it means

A stylized blue-and-yellow award ribbon celebrates an autistic white guy who grew up online but did not transition, using ironic internet-community language as the punchline. It is shared as an absurd or self-deprecating reaction to someone who remained stable or unchanged despite heavy online influence.
