Cow Jones on the Dow

Text on the meme

D SLUDGE DOW

What it means

A serious-looking man wearing a cow-print suit, pink shirt, and oversized bow tie appears on a financial news screen labeled “DOW.” The joke combines the Dow Jones stock index with a cow-themed appearance, turning him into the absurd “Cow Jones” and making it useful as a reaction to bizarre market news or a ridiculous financial situation.
