Migrant Worker Looks Like Insurgent

why a simple middle asian migrant worker in russia looks like a rebel from insurgency sandstorm?

A split image compares a Central Asian migrant worker in Russia wearing an orange-and-black work uniform with a video-game-style rebel fighter dressed in nearly identical clothing and holding a rifle. The joke is that the worker’s outfit and appearance resemble an insurgent from Insurgency: Sandstorm, turning an ordinary construction worker into a combat character. It is used as an ironic reaction to someone unexpectedly looking like a video-game soldier.
