Shrek Zendaya Adventure Plot
>Shrek as the out of touch father with angry issues >Zendaya's character is smart progressive with a human boyfriend. >They have a fight and Zendaya's character runs away. >Shrek and friends goes on a wild adventure trying to find her. >After a climactic finale Shrek and Zendaya's character make up. >The end
The meme presents a deliberately awkward movie plot in greentext style, imagining Shrek as an out-of-touch father and Zendaya as his daughter with a human boyfriend. The joke is that it sounds like a formulaic, overly progressive Hollywood remake with predictable family conflict and reconciliation, sent as a reaction to absurd crossover concepts or movie plots.
