I'm Going to See a Penis

Text on the meme

I'M GOING TO SEE A PENIS! I'M GOING TO SEE A PENIS! I'M GOING TO SEE A PENIS!

What it means

A manga-style sequence shows an excited schoolgirl walking through a neighborhood, sitting in a classroom, and eagerly leaning over her desk while repeating, “I'M GOING TO SEE A PENIS!” The joke is the escalating, bizarrely enthusiastic anticipation of seeing something sexual in an ordinary school setting, making it useful as an absurd reaction meme.
