CHECK OUT THIS CUTE HORSE GIRL ANIME! ONII-CHAN~ I HURT MY LEG DON’T WORRY, I KNOW WHAT TO DO BAM

What it means

Two cartoon viewers watch a cute horse-girl anime on a laptop. When the anime character says she hurt her leg, one viewer confidently claims to know what to do, and the next panel shows an absurd BAM attack on the screen. The joke parodies over-the-top anime reactions and the trope of an older-brother-style character offering a wildly inappropriate solution.
