Telegram Fixes the Outage

Text on the meme

Some of our users, primarily in Europe and the Middle East are currently experiencing connection issues. We're working to bring them back online. 😅 Please hang on, and sorry for the inconvenience! Fix it. I'm glad you told me to do that or I might have left it like this 😉 Fix it or i may kill you.

What it means

A Twitter conversation shows Telegram announcing connection issues, followed by a user demanding that they fix it. Telegram jokingly says it might have left the problem unresolved, and the user escalates with a threatening reply. The meme is used as a humorous reaction to someone needing repeated reminders to solve an obvious problem.
