The Human Eye Can See 30 FPS
The framerate situation is much improved. Readings are steady at 30 FPS; which, I am told, is the highest the human eye can see.
A gray-haired man in a dark suit gestures seriously at a table during what looks like an official meeting. The joke parodies outdated claims that the human eye cannot see more than 30 FPS, using bureaucratic language to make a dubious technical statement sound authoritative. It is commonly sent as a sarcastic reaction to discussions about frame rates, gaming performance, or technological misunderstandings.
