Evangelion Exactly Like This

Text on the meme

Just started watching Evangelion, if it’s not EXACTLY like this picture i'm quitting

What it means

A shirtless-looking dark-haired man sits in a chair while Evangelion characters surround him: Asuka leans against him, Rei crouches below, Misato stands beside him with a drink, and Pen Pen looks on in confusion. The joke is an absurd, fan-made fantasy version of Evangelion that exaggerates the cast’s chaotic relationships and turns the viewer’s expectations into a demand for this exact scene.
