EN: A portrait of the Heavy from Team Fortress 2 hangs in a gold frame on the bathroom wall, directly above a white toilet. The joke comes from the unexpected and absurd transformation of a video game character into the “owner” of the toilet, so the image is shared as a strange reaction or household meme.
