Beautiful Cities of the World

Text on the meme

beautiful cities of the world. Nobody knows whether history will keep

What it means

A young blonde girl plays catch with a bright green Velcro paddle in a yard. The dramatic subtitle about the beautiful cities of the world and uncertain history creates an absurdly grand contrast with the ordinary childhood game, making it useful as a reaction to exaggerated nostalgia or historical uncertainty.
