Балконное свидание

date idea

What it means

A young couple sits together on the edge of an apartment balcony, presenting an unconventional and slightly dangerous date idea. The joke is that a simple romantic meeting is imagined as hanging out on a balcony of a worn Soviet-style apartment building, often sent as an absurd suggestion for a cheap or unusual date.
