Distracted While Picking a Necklace

Text on the meme

"Wanna help me pick a necklace?" I'm.. a little distracted...

What it means

A green-haired anime-style woman in a black dress tries on a necklace in a jewelry store, but her revealing outfit distracts her from choosing. The joke is a flirtatious double entendre: she asks for help with the necklace while the second panel implies attention is being drawn elsewhere.
