National Migu Celebration

Text on the meme

Migu... Migu... Mi Yeee Yeee Yeee Oh my gatto! Its N- National Migu' Yeeep

What it means

A hand-drawn comic shows a blonde cat-eared girl celebrating alongside tiny turquoise-haired characters singing “Migu.” In the next panels, she realizes it is a national Migu celebration, with characters carrying different national flags. The joke is a chaotic parody of Hatsune Miku fandom and exaggerated international enthusiasm.
