Fledgling Owl Alert

Swivel OWL ALERT: I AM A BARRED OWL FLEDGLING. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE ME. MY MOMMY IS COMING BACK TO FEED ME. IF I AM FOUND ON THE GROUND, PLEASE GENTLY PLACE ME BACK IN MY TREE. I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FLY YET, AND KEEP FALLING DOWN. If I look sick, please call: 88█

A fluffy barred owl fledgling sits between two trees at night beside a handwritten-style alert sign asking people not to move it because its mother is returning to feed it. The humor comes from treating the helpless, repeatedly falling baby owl like a lost child with an overly serious public notice, making it a cute reaction image for vulnerable or inexperienced situations.
