A shirtless muscular man wakes up at 3:52am, brushes his teeth, drinks from a glass, and later appears in a game-like control room at 6:24am. After a brief cut to 6:28am, he jumps into a radioactive-looking body of water and emerges transformed into a grotesque red muscular creature. The joke is that getting well-rested leads to an increasingly bizarre and dangerous morning, ending in radiation-fueled mutation.
