A centaur stands at a pharmacy counter while a pharmacist explains the side effects and dosage of some large pills. The pharmacist repeatedly almost refers to the centaur’s horse body before awkwardly correcting himself, creating an absurd and darkly awkward punchline. It is used as a reaction to insensitive wording, accidental double meanings, or painfully awkward apologies.
