What it means

A screenshot shows a post celebrating that Plankton: The Movie is supposedly 16 days away, followed by a Netflix video frame and an announcement that the movie releases on March 7. The joke is that the movie appears to be playing already, contradicting the release countdown and announcement; it is used as an absurd reaction to something arriving unexpectedly early.
