Traffic today is insane

What it means

A long column of soldiers in historical uniforms trudges through a snowy road while a car waits behind them. The joke exaggerates ordinary traffic congestion by showing an absurdly slow military procession blocking the road, making it useful as a reaction to a ridiculous traffic jam.
