EN: A group of riders in protective gear races around a track on unusual electric scooters, leaning them almost horizontally through the corners. The joke is that “there were scooters standing by the bar” usually describes ordinary scooters left outside a bar, but here they become extreme racing vehicles—a fitting reaction to an overly dramatic or unexpected situation.
