Is this the correct way to apply thermal paste AMD RYZEN

What it means

A close-up shows an AMD Ryzen CPU covered in an absurdly large amount of white thermal paste, spread in thick looping strands across the processor and cooler. The joke is that the paste is applied comically excessively, making this a reaction to overdoing a simple technical task or following bad PC-building advice.
