Accordion Cover of Freaks

surf curse - freaks

A bald man in a camouflage jacket performs an accordion rendition of Surf Curse’s “Freaks” in dense woodland. His serious, increasingly intense facial expressions and the incongruity of a rough accordion performance in the forest make the clip absurd and funny, making it useful as a reaction to something unexpectedly strange or dramatic. The accordion music drives the joke by turning an alternative indie song into an oddly rustic, theatrical performance.
