Woke People vs Racists Dancing

‘Woke’ People More Likely To Be Unhappy, Anxious And Depressed, New Study Suggests By Hannah Sparks Published March 17, 2024, 5:56 p.m. ET Woke People Racists

A video opens with a mock news headline claiming that woke people are more likely to be unhappy, anxious, and depressed, while a crying woman appears under the caption “Woke People.” It then cuts through energetic, colorful clips of people dancing under the caption “Racists,” ending on a smiling man as Jessie J’s upbeat pop song “Domino” plays. The joke is sarcastic political inversion: the meme suggests that racists are carefree and having fun while “woke” people are miserable, using the cheerful music to heighten the absurd contrast and mock the headline.
