Human-Powered Server Farm

Text on the meme

“Our latest technological leap allowed us to automate our full operation, become carbon-neutral, and keep all our employees.”

What it means

A group tours a vast server room where rows of workers pedal stationary bicycles to power the computers. The joke is that “automation” and carbon neutrality have been achieved by making the employees physically power the entire operation, so the company technically keeps everyone employed.
