What it means

A collage shows three online marketplace listings for new NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 graphics cards, with prices dropping from $10,000 to $7,499. The joke is the absurd scalper pricing and the apparent price competition between sellers, making it a reaction to overpriced new technology or extreme GPU shortages.
