An anonymous wizard casts a spell of rage on drivers stuck in a traffic jam, causing them to attack each other, including a grandmother beating a child with an umbrella. After being held responsible and facing the victims in court, the wizard casts the spell again, making the punchline an absurd escalation of reckless magical mischief. It is used as a reaction to someone repeating a disastrous action despite already suffering consequences.
