What it means

EN: Men in black clothing conduct an absurd “job interview at Sberbank”: they discuss and laugh at the candidate, then one of them pulls out a knife. Upbeat Eurodance by Modern Talking — “Brother Louie Mix '98 (Extended Version)” — plays in the background, and the contrast between the cheerful music and the threatening scene heightens the dark humor. The clip is used as a reaction to a stressful, intimidating, or excessively harsh job interview.
