Human Trafficking Fall Gathering
Church-wide Fall Gathering Topic: Human Trafficking Sunday Sept. 22 5 pm Social Hall Learn how the Michigan Abolitionist Project works to prevent modern day slavery through education and advocacy.
A church event poster announces a fall gathering focused on human trafficking, with a Sunday evening meeting in the social hall. The joke is the accidental absurdity of presenting such a serious topic in a cheerful autumn-themed church decoration, making it suitable as a reaction to unexpectedly dark or inappropriate event announcements.
